We’ve recently completed our phase 1 kitchen renovation with USM and we couldn’t be happier. The whole experience staring with Phil then Kemal and everyone involved was what I was hoping for. WOW!!! From first contact with Kemal to quote with Phil who also took and replied quickly to my many many messages seeking product advice, to measurements with Bora to a one day installation by Bora and David it was an absolute seamless experience. All my old stuff was removed and taken away which was an added bonus. Messages and emails with reminders and times leading up made me feel both valued and appreciated as a customer. We selected United Stone to do new bench top and kitchen cupboard upgrades and new laundry and powder room bench tops. We selected four companies to quote and design and Kemal was by far the most professional service offered.

The company were so professional from start to finish. Not just Kemal who provided great kitchen design ideas, but his team provided excellent service during the stone selection and installation process. In the showroom Kemal and Phil made their time available to ensure we selected the right stone design. Great assistance to my wife.

A measure of a company is how they rectify an issue. We had a small issue, and United Stone rectified the issue immediately, took ownership of the mistake and fixed the problem. Such a good outcome knowing the United backed their product and services. They did what they promised, very rare today.
