From first contact with Kemal to quote with Phil who also took and replied quickly to my many many messages seeking product advice, to measurements with Bora to a one day installation by Bora and David it was an absolute seamless experience. All my old stuff was removed and taken away which was an added bonus. Messages and emails with reminders and times leading up made me feel both valued and appreciated as a customer.
